The Hochar of this year is a bright ruby color – there are redfruits on the nose; bitter sweet cherries with a hint of darkchocolate. Classic bright red fruits flavours and sweet, spicy notesfollow through to the palate. The tannins are soft, the acidity freshwith very long length. Cellared well, it will keep for several : 50% Cinsault, 35% Grenache, and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
