A bright and harmonious sparkler, very pale pink in color, with snappy acidity working in tandem with the plush, lightly chalky texture to frame flavors of white raspberry and white cherry fruit, pink grapefruit pith and lemon thyme, backed by a rich hint of biscotti. Clean-cut and lightly salty on the finish. Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Monastrell. Disgorged March 2024. Drink now. (AN)

Composed of a blend of 38% Xarel-lo, 30% Macabeu, 26% Parellada, and 6% Monastrell — all grown Biodynamically in the Conca del Riu Anoia appellation in Catalunya. Aged 18 months sur-lie prior to disgorgement. *Organic*
