Description
Vinification of Beyra Jaen Red Wine 2018: Hand-harvested grapes, total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 16-17ºC for about 20 days. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels 2/3 and American oak 1/3. Unfiltered wine, prone to develop sediment with age.
