A unique wine from the only region in Burgundy allowed to grow Sauvignon Blanc, the St. Bris tastes like a cross of Sancerre, Chablis, and Burgundy all in one. With great mineral intensity, and round citrus notes in the palate, this makes a wonderful aperitif, and pairs easily with shellfish and light seafood.
