The Han Company
The Han company focuses on making Maesilju (Korean plum wine). Maesil is harvested at its optimal ripeness when the fruit turns from green to reddish golden color. Fully ripened maesil has natural sweetness while retaining bright acidity and develops complex aromatics. Maesil is macerated in neutral cane spirits then local honey from Jeju Island is added to give subtle sweetness.

The Soju
Soju is a popular alcoholic beverage in South Korea, distilled from rice, wheat, and barley. It has been a part of Korean culture for more than 500 years and is often referred to as the national drink of Korea. Double distilled soju is made by the same process as regular soju, but the liquid is passed through the distillation process twice. The result is a smoother and cleaner taste that is less harsh than regular soju.
