Description

Vinification of Titan Vale dos Mil Red Wine: Fresh grapes at their ideal ripeness, handpicked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they undergo a careful manual selection, destemming, and foot crushing in a granite lagar, where fermentation took place through indigenous yeasts. At the end of fermentation, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it aged for 16 months.
